Terms and conditions for Private Hire and Festive Dining
Payment to be paid in – full to secure booking
If for any reason we have to cancel the booking, we will be in contact to discuss alternative dates for offer a full refund.
If there are any damages to equipment of the room itself, during your visit, you may be charged for fixing or replacing these items.
We have a zero tolerance policy to the list below and you may be asked to leave the premises if you are found breaching these:
- Supplying your own alcohol
- Providing alcohol to under 18’s
- Consumption, carrying or dealing any illegal substance
- Any abusive language or behaviour to our staff or customers.
We reserve the right to update food options according to any in-house menu changes.
Please be aware that the downstairs bar will not be available for event guests.
We do not accept wedding parties.
T’s and C’s are subject to change.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your event more than 30 days prior to your visit, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you decide to cancel your event between 30 days and 15 days prior to your visit your are entitled to a partial refund of 50%.
If you decide to cancelled within 14 days of your planned hire, you will forfeit any payments made.
Any refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.

Unfortunately due to the age of the building the banquet hall is accessible only via by a flight of stairs.
